The step first is to make contact with us! Possibly you will have been referred to us by a doctor’s surgery, hospital, social worker, friend or relative.
Once contact has been established we will make an appointment to visit you to assess what kind of home living support you need, how often and for how long. This assessment will be used to devise a care plan for you.
This meeting is important. If you feel you would appreciate the support of a friend, relative or advocate at the meeting, please let us know so we can schedule the meeting for a time convenient for all parties.
While at your home, as a free service we offer a general safety check of your home. If it is beneficial, at a later date we will offer safety advice and recommendations on how to make your home more safe.
By the end of the assessment meeting we will have an overview care plan mapped out for you and be able to let you know the costs involved. You may engage us immediately, or if you prefer we can send you a written quotation in the post or by e-mail, which you can consider in your own time.
